I was recommended to do Pilates from my specialist to manage Ankylosing spondylitis a condition that I was diagnosed with, as a teenager. Ankylosing spondylitis is an inflammatory disease that, over time, causes some of the small bones in your spine to fuse along with other painful effects on the body. I have been attending Robyn’s classes for almost 10 years and find my body and spine more flexible. I always walk out feeling better for attending the class. Robyn observes closely my program and notices exercises that are beneficial to my condition. My Specialist is very happy with how Pilates has improved and stopped the degeneration of my spine.I’m so glad I found Robyn when I did- I would hate to think what the condition of my spine/pain would be in! I feel the difference if I miss a week. -Mick Willis
